    Comes from sturgeon of the species Acipenser baerii (Siberian sturgeon). Known for its distinctive, complex flavour and a long and strong finish.

    Comes from sturgeon of the species Acipenser gueldenstaedtii (Russian sturgeon). It is distinguished by a slightly nutty flavour and a mild, buttery finish.
